Grievance Redressal and Counselling Cell

Dayananda Sagar College of Architecture establishes a College Internal Complaint Committee in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013, to ensure a safe work environment. The committee aims to prevent, prohibit, and redress sexual harassment through policy development, awareness programs, strict enforcement, and fair reporting mechanisms. Sensitisation efforts include training sessions and legal compliance.

Appointed by the Principal, the committee includes a Chairperson, an external member from women’s rights organisations, faculty and administrative staff. By establishing this committee, the college underscores its commitment to fostering a workplace free from sexual harassment, where women can work without fear.
