About DSCA
Established in 1991, Dayananda Sagar College of Architecture (DSCA) is part of Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), one of India’s best-known names in engineering education. DSCA offers B.Arch, a 5-year, full-time, Under Graduate program, and M.Arch, a 2-year, full-time, Post-Graduate program.
Since its inception, DSCA has focused on creating professionals with a thorough understanding of the concepts and principles, and an ability to develop innovative designs and processes in architectural design. The faculty includes highly-qualified and experienced professionals with rich industry exposure in diverse disciplines such as Planning, Landscape Architecture, sustainable design and Interior Design. Members actively participate in several national and international conferences and present papers. DSCA has also empanelled reputed architects and design experts who periodically share their insights with students.
Successful students of DSCA are highly sought-after and are employed in some of India’s leading firms in architecture and real estate. They have also gone to pursue higher education in some of the world’s leading universities abroad.

Course Highlights
DSCA offers B.Arch. (Bachelors in Architecture), a UG program, and M.Arch. (Masters in Architecture), a PG program.
Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) course affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum is a 5-year study course started in 1991
Master of Architecture (M. Arch) in Interior Design course affiliated with VTU, Belgaum is a 2-year program set to welcome the first batch in 2021.
Students are imparted core theoretical concepts coupled with exposure to practical projects giving them a comprehensive understanding of the design philosophy, technologies, materials and processes.
The faculty includes highly qualified and experienced faculty members with rich industry exposure. They are supported by a panel of industry professionals who share insights on the latest in processes and practices.
Successful students from DSCA are highly sought after by the industry and are placed with leading names in real estate and architect firms.
Campus facilities
DSCA (Dayananda Sagar College of Architecture) is housed in an independent building within the DSI campus. The college is equipped with design studios, lecture halls, library, CAD Lab, model making workshop, material museum, construction yard and other related facilities.
Dayananda Sagar College of Architecture (DSCA), is set on a sprawling, well-maintained campus in Bengaluru, providing students a serene environment for learning. The modern buildings are equipped with advanced equipment and technical aids, enabling students to understand the core concepts with clarity.
DSCA has well-equipped lecture halls, spacious labs, a well-stacked library with a vast collection of books and online resources and large conference halls. A dedicated Climatology Lab sensitises students of the relevance of climate and the crucial role architecture can play to sustain it.
